This is the third card in my Succulent Garden One Sheet Wonder Series.
My husband's aunt turns 100 today and we went to her birthday party yesterday. What an accomplishment to make it so far and she is such an inspiring and loving person! From the time I first met her, she always made me feel welcome in the family and has been so supportive. I made her a framed gift and a birthday card.
This framed art was inspired by Leisa Pedersen. Here is the card I made for her
The front of the card is fixed and then you pull out the actual greeting from behind.

Happy birthday, Aunt Leola!
As promised, here is the 2nd of the 9 cards made using my One Sheet Wonder template
You can find the directions and a printable instruction sheet here
Do you hoard your pretty papers? DON'T! I used the Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper to make a series of One Sheet Wonder Cards. Not familiar with One Sheet Wonder (OSW) cards? You use a template to cut up a sheet of pretty paper (12 x 12, 8.5 x 11, 6 x 6) and use those cuts to make cards. You can find templates on pinterest or google. It's a great way to create a large number of cards for your stash or if you just need to make a lot of cards at once. So just using one single sheet of two-sided designer paper, I was able to create 9 cards!
This is the first card from that set of cards.
This series also helps work in the series of posts highlighting Sale-a-Bration and the Occasions Catalog! The Succulent Garden Suite is found in the Occasions catalog on pages 20-21. It's also featured on the cover of the catalog. The sentiments come from the Sending Thoughts stamp set on page 44. I love that there is more than one stamp set in the Occasions catalog that features stamps for both the inside AND the outside of the card! I love having matching sentiments when I am sending cards!
Here is the inside of the card
I did use a retired punch to decorate the inside (why did they retire this punch???? I love being able to pretty up the insides of my cards!)
All the details and a printable instruction list can be found here
The second card is this series will be available tomorrow.
Today I wanted to share I card I made using the Inside the Lines 12 x 12 paper available FREE in the Sale-a-Bration catalog.

And of course you can color this paper with whatever medium you prefer--colored pencils, markers, watercolors, etc.
