[*If you bought a kit, the asterisk means that it as already done.]
Paper Cut Sizes:
Thick Whisper White Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/5. scored at 4 1/4
White Daisies on a Bumble Bee Background patterned paper from Ornate Garden DSP - 5 1/4 x 2 5/8
Green & Gold Patterned Paper from Ornate Garden DSP - 1 1/2 x 5 1/4
Whisper White - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
*Stamp smaller daisy image using Terracotta Tile ink onto a 2 1/2 x 8 strip of Whisper White paper stamping off twice on a piece of scrap before stamping on the card stock. Punch out the daisies using the Medium Daisy punch. Punch out two more plain white daisies. [Gently curl the daisy petals using a bone folder or pencil, or something similar.]
Stack the daisy petals with the plain white on the bottom and a small dab of between layers in the center. Offset the petals as you layer them. You will make 2 daisies of three layers of petals. Embellish the centers with gold Designer Elements.Use a silicon mat if you have one so that the daisies don't stick to your surface or scrap paper.
Glue the green and gold strip of DSP onto the top of the right side of the card base. Center the top and bottom edges of the strip and align the right side so the white margin is less than an eighth - very minute margin to the right.
[* Run the Whisper White panel through the die cutting machine with the daisy border die cut about 1/4" from the right border.] Use dimensionals to adhere the Whisper White panel centered above the top front of the base card.
[*Run the Whisper White panel through the die cutting machine with the daisy border die cut about 1/4" from the right border.] Use dimensionals to adhere the Whisper White panel centered above the top front of the base card.
Glue the daisy patterned paper onto the die cut Whisper White panel at the left side centering it top to bottom and on the right side so that it has a minute white margin around it.
[*Lay down an 1/8' strip of Tear & Tape along the right edge of the daisy DSP.] Tear of the protective layer of the tape.
Starting about 1 1/2 to 2 inches below the top of the card, wrap Old Olive satin ribbon down the card front, around the inside and back to the front meeting the ribbon already laid down. Overlap slightly and secure with a mini glue dot.
Tie a faux knot into a small piece of ribbon. Just tie a knot in the middle of the ribbon. Trim edges so they slant. Adhere to ribbon on the card at the place where the ends met with another mini glue dot.
[*Stamp a greeting in Old Olive ink on Whisper White and punch out.] Adhere greeting with dimensionals at the bottom of the card overlapping the ribbon and the right edge of the die cut. (The die cut had a little edge at the bottom a little loose.) Use larger glue dots or several mini glue dots to adhere the 3D daisies to the right bottom and angled slightly above the greeting. [*Stamp envelope and inside of the card with a daisy.] Color if desired.
