Merry Music Swap Card

The second of 4 Holiday catalog swap cards

Cardstock and Paper Sizes:

Whisper White Thick card base 8.5 x 5.5 folded in half
Basic Black Cardstock 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
Whisper White Scrap
Green paper, Merry Little Christmas Designer Paper, 5.25 x 4
Music paper, Merry Music Designer Paper4.75 x 3.5
Old Olive cardstock scrap

Using the scrap of Whisper White, rub the embossing buddy over the surface. Stamp the sentiment in Basic Black ink and immediately cover with Clear embossing powder. Heat emboss. Let cool and then using the second from the smallest Stitched Shapes oval, cut out using the Big Shot.

Choose the scalloped oval from the Layering Ovals that fits behind the oval (you can choose whether to have only a small oval showing or a larger oval) and cut out of the Old Olive scrap.

Add the music designer paper to the old olive designer paper and adhere. Adhere both of those to the piece of black cardstock.

Take 5-1/2" of the striped ribbon, pinch it together in the middle and tie a small bow of the Old Olive sheer ribbon (about 2")around it. Wrap the ribbons around the front of the card taping down on the back.

Attach the entire card front piece to the card base using dimensionals. Attach the sentiment piece using dimensionals also.
