A Little Foxy One Sheet Wonder Cards |
|
H ere are 5 One Sheet Wonder cards made with a sheet of the "A Little Foxy" paper stack. One sheet of 6 x 6 paper! You could cut this out differently and make something else. And if you cut the paper into 4 pieces, they would fit beautifully on the fronts of 4 x 4 gift enclosure cards! And I was inspired by the umbrella in the My Hero stamp set (proceeds from this set go to Ronald McDonald House charities). Win, win!

I started this card by cutting out the paper using a template (templates are available on pinterest or you can easily create your own). I loved the raindrops in A Little Foxy and thought they would coordinate well with the Umbrella Weather framelits and the My Hero & Weather Together stamp sets for get well cards.
Since the paper is double-sided I used the back side on some cards. I stamped the umbrella from the My Hero stamp set as well as some umbrellas from the Weather Together set. I used the umbrella handle from the Weather Together and then cut them out with the Umbrella Weather framelits. On one card I used the framelits to cut out clouds and then sponged Smoky Slate on them to make storm clouds. I also used some of the new Smoky Slate 1/8" stitched ribbon on a couple of cards.
On another card I used the Banner framelits to create a banner and stamped raindrops on it.
For one card I used the Softly Falling Embossing Folder on a piece of Pool Party, put it in the center of a card base and then stamped the sentiment on the side.
These are truly quick and easy cards to make once you decide on a design. The hardest part is choosing what embellishments you want! Try some of your own!
